I have owned a string of Toyotas from my first Corolla in 1974 to my newest Toyota Highlander (Hybrid). My experience with Milford Toyota was beyond exceptional, especially when compared to other centers in the Connecticut/New York area. I was able to get an appointment for general maintenance for the next day at a time convenient to me- even though I had bought my car at another dealership. Entering and dropping off was quick and easy. Kaitlyn, the service assistant, was smart, friendly, and explained the whole process. A complete check-up with tire rotation, oil change, and fluid check was less than two hours. Which is the quickest I have ever been through a service center at the other dealerships. They even sent me a video of the work they did. When they brought the car back (totally clean!) Jesus came by to show me how the lift gate worked.
