Simplesmente a melhor experiência, e muito prestativo, Júnior Farias, the Brazilian salesman took care of my friend Monica by putting together a trade in deal and having her drive out the lot in a brand new Toyota, but that’s not all!! He didn’t just sell her a car , he took the time and went over line by line explaining everything along the way , much like a financial advisor and a car salesman all put together in one!! You can tell that he has the best interest of his costumers in mind while putting together a deal, the compassion and attention to detail and the warmth is out of this world. He explained to me His moto is to treat costumers like family members in such a way that those new members bring their respective family in to see him, I can tell his Toyota family is going to grow exponentially even further as he has just added a new brother and sister to the mix. Great salesman

I had an amazing experience with Tales. We went to Nissan first and they tried to push me on a car I didn’t like. When I got here Tales was very welcoming and friendly, he was the whole time with a big smile on his face and I felt understood. He wasn’t just trying to get my money, he was actually trying to find what was best for me and my family and he did. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our new vehicle and with the service we were offered.
