Let me start from beginning. I was in a market of buying a new car, so went through multiple dealerships some of them pushy, some arrogant and than i ended up going in Colonial Toyota in Milford where i was welcomed by Christian Cruz who made the difference thanks to his exceptional customer service and went over and beyond to help me find , not just a car, but solution that i will use it and enjoy it in long term. From the first moment i went there i knew i will buy the car from them. Christian partnered with sales managers , Elijah who was great as well, Jose also even with the GM to get me the best deal . Big thanks to all of them. I highly recommend Colonial Toyota in Milford , and if you want great customer service look for Christian Cruz because he will make sure you get what you need , not just want you want.
